We want to help you get the information or help you need as quickly as possible. Please see the options below so that you can send your enquiry directly to the team best placed to help you.
Contacting your local NHS services with feedback, concerns or complaints
In the first instance please contact local NHS organisations directly if you want to give feedback – either good or bad – or want to raise a concern or make a complaint. This page has contact details for a range of local NHS services with information on how to raise an issue with them.
There’s also information here about contacting the ICB’s patient feedback team, and how to contact the NHS Ombudsman if your complaint cannot be resolved locally.
You can contact our Patient Experience Team by calling 01992 566122 or by email
hweicbwe.patientfeedback@nhs.net
Continuing healthcare
Some people aged 18 and over with long-term complex physical or mental health needs qualify for care arranged and funded solely by the NHS. This is known as NHS continuing healthcare. This page has contact information for the continuing healthcare teams in the areas we support.
Patient transport
The East of England Ambulance Service is the provider of non-urgent patient transport services in Hertfordshire and west Essex.
